Confirmation of informal service out of Australia under r 6.11 requires both the originating process and the Form 7AAA notice to have come to the notice of the person to be served, and evidence that documents were received by a director of a foreign company is insufficient without proof that the director was the proper person for service under the relevant foreign law.
