The Court accepts that culturally appropriate cognitive testing (RUDAS) may be preferred over standard neuropsychological tests where normative data is unavailable for the testator's demographic in testamentary capacity disputes, and that mistaken or irrational views about potential beneficiaries do not of themselves establish lack of testamentary capacity.
