The Court's Guidelines for Responsible Use of AI in Litigation impose obligations on practitioners to understand AI limitations, disclose AI use, and independently verify all AI-generated content before filing. Reliance on AI tools does not relieve practitioners of their professional obligations of candour and accuracy to the court.
