An indemnity clause in a subcontract that covers personal injury 'arising out of or resulting from any act, error, or omission or neglect of the subcontractor' is directed at the cause of the personal injury, not the cause of the head contractor's liability, and entitles the head contractor to full indemnity even where its own negligence contributed to the injury.
