Section 229B(2) of the Criminal Code (Qld) permits the Crown to rely on uncharged sexual acts to establish the offence of maintaining a sexual relationship with a child, and is not confined to acts specifically charged in the indictment. The unanimity requirement from KBT v The Queen applies to uncharged acts relied upon under s 229B(2).
