A plaintiff alleging breach of duty by failure to erect warning signs must adduce evidence of the content, location and practicality of the signs that would be required; without such evidence, a finding of breach cannot be sustained. The placement of swimming flags on a beach constitutes an indication that bathing is reasonably safe, but does not constitute an assurance that it is safe to dive anywhere between the flags. The risks of channels and sandbars on the ocean floor close to the shore are obvious and inherent in the activity of diving near the shore.
