An order dismissing an application for prerogative relief (certiorari, mandamus or declarations) is interlocutory, not final, even where there are no related proceedings between the parties, because the applicant is not legally prevented from making a further application on fresh material. Technical breaches of procedural requirements in prison disciplinary hearings do not vitiate the proceedings where the prisoner was not relevantly prejudiced.
