The use of information gained through legitimate access to a victim's home for the purpose of planning and committing crimes is a serious aggravating circumstance. Where offending is of the highest gravity, mitigating factors such as guilty plea, cooperation, disadvantaged background and prospects of rehabilitation, while proper to consider, cannot reduce the sentence below the range that reflects the seriousness of the conduct.
