Legal professional privilege is relevant only to production and does not affect the obligation to make discovery of relevant documents. A solicitor's knowing and deliberate failure to discover a relevant document, coupled with standing silent while counsel makes a false statement to the court about the non-existence of such a document, constitutes very serious misconduct warranting cancellation of the practising certificate for three years. A contention that findings of fact were 'against the evidence and the weight of the evidence' or 'unsafe' does not raise a question of law on an appeal limited to questions of law; only a 'no evidence' ground would suffice.
