A Medical Assessment Panel's reasons need not be lengthy or elaborate, nor detail the physical examination or questioning of the worker, provided they sufficiently expose the reasoning process and identify how conflicts of medical opinion were resolved. Where the Panel makes clear its determinations result from its own expert investigation, this will be sufficient.
