An expectation that a contract may be entered into if price can be agreed does not give rise to an equity of expectation sufficient to support a caveat, where the price has not been agreed and there is no evidence of conduct by the landowner encouraging the claimant to act on any representation so as to make it unconscionable for the landowner to depart from assumptions induced in the claimant.
