The Court expects errors in orders to be raised at the time of judgment delivery or within 14 days thereafter, and will usually only intervene in the clearest case after that period. An application to substitute an order allowing an appeal for an order dismissing an appeal is prima facie outside the ambit of the slip rule under UCPR 36.17.
