An aggregate sentence of 7 years' imprisonment for 20 drug dealing offences committed over 23 days involving methylamphetamine, MDMA and cannabis by a mid-range distributor aged 24 with a minor criminal record does not offend the totality principle. MDMA is to be treated as seriously as methylamphetamine, heroin and cocaine for sentencing purposes.
