The Court of Appeal granted the respondents a certificate under the Suitors Fund Act 1951 in respect of the costs of the appeal and the motion, confirming without controversy that the Administrative Decisions Tribunal is classified as a 'court' for the purposes of that Act, as established in Trust Company of Australia Ltd v Skiwing Pty Ltd.
