Pseudo-legal arguments based on sovereign citizen, freeman-on-the-land, or similar theories about the invalidity of State courts and legislation have no reasonable prospect of success and constitute an abuse of process when used as a platform for advancing such theories. Courts may refer persistent litigants advancing such theories to the Attorney General for consideration of vexatious proceedings restriction orders under the Vexatious Proceedings Restriction Act 2002 (WA).
