A covering letter that refers only to the 'Contract of Sale' does not direct the buyer's attention to the warning statement and information sheet as required by s 365(2A)(c)(ii) of PAMDA, even where the documents are physically bound together with the warning statement visible as the first page. The surrounding circumstances, including the professional status of the recipient solicitor and the form of the bound documents, do not obviate the need for specific reference to the warning statement and information sheet.
