A mortgagee's exercise of power of sale over land securing a development loan can constitute a 'revocation of finance' within the meaning of a contractual termination clause directed at acts of third parties preventing the continuation of a development. A guarantee covering obligations under a termination clause that preserves 'accrued rights, obligations and liabilities' extends to obligations arising under other clauses of the agreement that are enlivened upon termination, without the guarantee needing expressly to refer to those other clauses.
