Under s 150(3) of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2009 (Qld), leave to appeal against a refusal of leave by the Appeal Tribunal requires demonstration of reasonable prospects of success on a question of law. A tribunal's acceptance of contested evidence and making findings consistent with it does not constitute procedural unfairness. A finding of objectionable behaviour cannot of itself constitute procedural unfairness.
