A contention that imprisonment will be more burdensome on the offender by reason of family hardship must be advanced at the sentencing hearing and supported by cogent expert evidence; it cannot be raised for the first time on appeal. Where a co-offender's exceptional cooperation with authorities and early guilty plea justify a substantial sentencing discount, the resulting disparity does not offend the parity principle.
