Overloading of a vehicle is 'accidental' within the meaning of an insurance policy extension clause where the driver did not actually advert to the height of the load, even if the overloading was objectively foreseeable and the driver was negligent. The 'unsafe or unroadworthy condition' exclusion in a motor vehicle policy is concerned with the vehicle's handling and controllability, not with the relationship between the load and external obstacles such as bridges. Inadvertent failure to comply with regulations, without actual recognition of the danger, does not constitute 'reckless' non-compliance for the purposes of an insurance exclusion clause.
