An unsourced, unsworn allocation of value in a police incident report is incapable of undermining unchallenged sworn evidence at trial for the purpose of establishing a sentencing error on appeal. An error of fact in sentencing (here, incorrectly finding the offender was on bail) is not material where the circumstances otherwise support the sentence imposed.
