The Court of Appeal corrected two errors in its earlier orders under the slip rule (UCPR r 36.17): it amended Order 2 to include the setting aside of order 6 made by Kunc J, and remitted the question of costs of the first instance proceedings to the Equity Division, both of which had been intended but inadvertently omitted from the original orders.
