An applicant seeking an extension of time to apply for leave to appeal must file a written case that enables the Court to assess the merits of the proposed appeal. Repeated filing of defective and incoherent written cases, combined with non-attendance at hearings and non-compliance with court orders, will result in refusal of the extension of time.
