A sentencing disparity between co-offenders does not give rise to a justifiable sense of grievance where the differences in the number of offences, value of stolen property, timing of guilty pleas, rehabilitative prospects, and practical sentencing options were such that it was reasonably open to the sentencing judge to differentiate between them. A comparison between a CCO imposed on one co-offender and imprisonment imposed on another is inapt where a CCO was not a practical option for the applicant.
