A sentencing judge is not required to give specific reasons for setting a non-parole period that exceeds 75% of the total effective sentence where the record of proceedings supports the inference that the judge adverted to the impact of accumulation. A discrepancy of approximately 2% above the 75% ratio does not establish error where the sentences achieved what the sentencing judge intended.
