Late particularisation of a count during trial does not result in a miscarriage of justice where defence counsel was aware of and addressed the relevant allegations in cross-examination. Differing verdicts on counts involving the same complainant are rationally explicable where the quality of evidence (including preliminary complaint evidence) differs between counts.
