A sentencing judge's findings as to an offender's role in a drug importation enterprise will be upheld on appeal where supported by circumstantial evidence including intercepted communications, text messages, and the rejection of the offender's account, even where the full nature and extent of the enterprise is unknown. Lies told on a plea do not logically establish the converse of what was asserted, but they undermine claims of genuine remorse.
