Where multiple robbery offences are committed at the same time as part of the same criminal endeavour, the degree of notional accumulation between indicative sentences in an aggregate sentence must reflect that temporal and factual connection. Notional commencement of one sentence two years after another is an approach to totality more suitable to entirely separate offending than to contemporaneous offences against multiple victims in a single incident.
