The Henry guideline judgment for armed robbery does not exhaust the relevance of youth as a mitigating factor; sentencing judges must independently assess the particular age and maturity of a young offender even where the guideline assumes a 'young offender'. A sentencing judge cannot make findings of fact inconsistent with an Agreed Statement of Facts. A finding of lack of remorse based on a single incomplete and interrupted answer, without regard to subsequent more complete evidence, constitutes error.
