A suspension notice under s 137 of the Public Service Act 2008 (Qld) (as it stood before the September 2020 amendment) may specify the end of the suspension by reference to an event rather than a date, but the event must be described in clear and unambiguous terms. A credentialing procedure issued by a Hospital and Health Service that regulates the provision of health services to the public and results in practitioners being held out as qualified to treat patients is a standard or guideline of a public nature for the purposes of s 7(3) of the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 (Qld), making decisions under it reviewable under the Judicial Review Act 1991 (Qld).
