A sentence of 2 years 8 months' imprisonment for possession with intent to sell or supply approximately 362 g of cannabis by a low to mid-level user/dealer with limited commerciality is manifestly excessive, having regard to customary sentencing standards which place comparable offending in the range of 10-20 months' imprisonment. An inferred error in a wholly concurrent sentence is not immaterial and obliges the appellate court to resentence on all counts.
