A sentencing judge is not required to classify or label the nature and seriousness of driving conduct in a dangerous driving case, provided the relevant facts are fully stated and the basis of dangerousness is articulated. Extra-curial punishment in the form of grief and loss at causing the death of a family member is relevant to personal deterrence but does not reduce the general deterrence component of a sentence.
