Where the State accepts a guilty plea on narrowed particulars, the sentencing judge cannot make findings of conduct or consequences that are inconsistent with the withdrawn allegations, even if material on the prosecution brief could support such findings; the prosecutor must identify with specificity those parts of the brief that remain relevant to the narrowed particulars.
