ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008

This section applies if—

an agency or Minister decides to refuse to give access to government information sought by an applicant under the Freedom of Information Act 2016; and

the applicant applies for review of the decision under that Act, section 84; and

the tribunal makes an order giving access to some or all of the information sought.

The tribunal may order the agency or Minister to pay the reasonable costs of the applicant arising from the application.
