30 Agent companies not to dispose of undertakings without consent
(1)
An agent company may not dispose of any of its main undertakings unless the Legislative Assembly has, by resolution, approved the disposal.
(2)
The Territory-owned Corporations Act 1990, section 16 (1) (f) and 16 (2) apply to an agent company as if it were a subsidiary of ACTEW.
Note
The provisions of the Territory-owned Corporations Act 1990 mentioned in subsection (2) apply to ACTEW and its subsidiaries.
