61 Supreme Court may make order about disposal of money in hands of executor etc
(1)
The Supreme Court may make any order it considers appropriate in relation to the distribution or application of any money that the executor or administrator has in hand, or about the residue of the estate.
(2)
No final order for distribution may made except on notice to all the parties entitled.
