103 Reviewable decision notices
(1)
If a person makes a reviewable decision, the person must give a reviewable decision notice only to each entity prescribed by regulation in relation to the decision.
(2)
If a child or young person is prescribed by regulation for subsection (1), the director‑general must give a reviewable decision notice to the child or young person only if the director‑general considers it is appropriate to give the notice to the child or young person having regard to the child’s or young person’s age.
