91 Obstructing etc veterinary practitioner
A person must not hinder, obstruct, intimidate or resist a veterinary practitioner in the exercise of the veterinary practitioner’s functions under this Act.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
Note
The Criminal Code, pt 3.6 and pt 3.8 include offences for giving false and misleading statements to, or obstructing, Territory public officials.
