14 Board to keep register
(1)
The architects board must keep a register (the register) that allows the public to get information about who is registered to provide architectural services in the ACT.
(2)
The register may be kept in any form, including electronically, that the architects board decides.
(3)
The register may be kept in 1 or more parts, as the architects board considers appropriate.
(4)
The register must be open for free inspection by the public at reasonable times.
Example the register may be available on a website
