63 Provision of architectural services by third party
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person offers an architectural service to be provided by someone else; and
(b)
the provider of the service is not a registered architect; and
(c)
the person is reckless about whether the provider is a registered architect.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
