Exercise of committee functions

In force

(1)

The architects board may decide—

(a)

how a committee is to exercise its functions; and

(b)

the procedure to be followed for meetings of the committee, including—

(i)

the calling of meetings; and

(ii)

the number of committee members to be present at meetings (including requirements that particular members be present); and

(iii)

the committee member who is to preside at meetings; and

(iv)

how questions arising at a meeting are to be decided; and

(v)

the keeping of minutes of meetings.

(2)

Subject to any decision of the architects board under subsection (1), a committee may decide its own procedures.
