105 Warrant etc to be given to occupier
If the occupier of premises is present at the premises while a warrant is being executed, the authorised person must give to the occupier—
(a)
a copy of—
(i)
the warrant; or
(ii)
if section 103 (1) (b) applies—the warrant form; and
(b)
a document setting out the occupier’s rights and obligations.
