Owner etc may access seized things

In force

A person who would, apart from the seizure, be entitled to inspect a thing seized under this division may—

(a)

inspect the thing; and

(b)

make a visual recording of the thing; and

(c)

if the thing is a document—take extracts from, or make copies of, the thing.
