21 Requirement to be registered
(1)
An ART provider commits an offence if it—
(a)
provides an ART service; and
(b)
is not a registered ART provider.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
(2)
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)
advertises or holds out that the person is a registered ART provider; and
(b)
is not a registered ART provider.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
