49 Information sharing between ART providers
An ART provider that supplies a gamete or embryo to another ART provider—
(a)
must give the other ART provider a copy of the gamete provider’s consent in relation to the gamete or embryo; and
(b)
may give the other ART provider a copy of any other information required to be collected under this Act in relation to the gamete or embryo.
