62 Information sharing between director-general and registrar-general
(1)
The director-general and the registrar-general may share information in relation to the following to assist the director-general to meet the requirements of section 60:
(a)
a donor conceived person;
(b)
a donor;
(c)
a person who gave birth to a donor conceived person;
(d)
a domestic partner of a person mentioned in paragraph (c).
(2)
Subsection (1) has effect despite anything elsewhere in this Act or another territory law.
