Name of Act
This Act is the Australian Capital Territory (Legislative Assembly) Act 2014.

Number of Legislative Assembly members—Self‑Government Act, s 8 (2)
(1)
This Act is made for the purposes of the Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Act 1988 (Cwlth), section 8 (2).
(2)
The Legislative Assembly is to consist of 25 members.
(3)
Subsection (2) applies to the Legislative Assembly constituted by members elected at a general election after the commencement of this Act.
