120 Definitions—pt 9
In this part:
approval-holder—
means an auditor authority, biosecurity auditor, biosecurity certifier or certifier authority; but
does not include a corporation taken to be approved as one of those entities under section 122 (Recognition of interstate certifiers, auditors and authorities).
auditor authority means—
a person approved as an auditor authority by the director‑general under section 121 (Approval of certifiers, auditors and authorities); or
a corporation taken to be approved as an auditor authority under section 122 (1) (d).
biosecurity auditor means—
a person approved as a biosecurity auditor by—
the director‑general under section 121; or
an auditor authority; or
an authorised person approved by the director‑general as a biosecurity auditor under section 121; or
a corporation taken to be approved as a biosecurity auditor under section 122 (1) (b).
biosecurity certifier means—
a person approved as a biosecurity certifier by—
the director‑general under section 121; or
a certifier authority; or
an authorised person approved by the director‑general as a biosecurity certifier under section 121; or
a corporation taken to be approved as a biosecurity certifier under section 122 (1) (a).
certifier authority means—
a person approved as a certifier authority by the director‑general under section 121; or
a corporation taken to be approved as a certifier authority under section 122 (1) (c).
