Time for beginning prosecution for certain offences

In force

(1)

This section applies to an offence against the following provisions:

(a)

section 27 (1);

(b)

section 31 (1);

(c)

section 34 (1);

(d)

section 36 (1).

(2)

A prosecution for the offence must be begun not later than 2 years after the day the offence is committed.
