Disclosure of information—director‑general

The director‑general may disclose to another entity any information that has been disclosed to, or obtained by, the director‑general in the exercise of a function under this Act if satisfied that—

(a)

the information is necessary for the entity to exercise a function relating to managing a biosecurity risk; and

(b)

the disclosure of the information to the entity is appropriate.
